Temporary ID Card
You will receive an ID card in the mail shortly after your coverage begin date. If you need to fill prescriptions before your card arrives, you can print this card and show it to the pharmacist who will then ask for additional information about you to process your benefits. You can access a temporary card containing member specific information at one of these sites:
